The International Women’s Day campaign gave Ticketmaster the opportunity to highlight the vast women performers on the entertainment industry while exploring design choices that move away from the obvious and stereotypical. No pink in sight.

Concept

The idea of using wave shapes as the main graphic element relates to sound waves - as a subtle nod to female musicians that are a huge part of Ticketmaster’s success -, as well was the expression “making waves” - a not so subtle nod that refers to the impact of feminism across the years.
